Future Featured Family Information

We would love to share YOUR story and help you bring home your baby! If you would like to become part of our forever family program please email us for our application. This application not only gives us information that we can use to help your cause but also serves as a legal contract. please fill out, sign, scan and email it to sixpickscoffee@gmail.com. Please include a picture of your family as well. We understand that some countries are particular about the information you are allowed to share publically. Please fill out the application in full, but if there is any particular information that  you DO NOT want shared please indicate this in the email upon application submission.

Fundraiser specifics

Fundraisers will be held in 1 month increments. Families will be featured on a first come first serve basis. We will share your adoption story here on this page as well as on Facebook. I will design flyers to distribute in my area and provide you with a digital copy so that you may distribute them in your local area as well. Your family will be featured here as well as on our Facebook page. The featured family will be responsible for all other networking your fundraiser through any means i.e.Facebook, word of mouth, distribution of flyers in your local area, etc. All proceeds will be given to you to go toward your adoption.
